Laughter Is The Best Driver Of Happiness

Laughter is the best conductor of happiness

Laughter, along with kindness, is one of the most wonderful spontaneous reactions we have, and it’s also one of the pleasant characteristics that set us apart from other living things. By really laughing we bring out the depths of our heart and show the purity of our soul: there is no expression that makes us better and speaks more about what we feel.

Neruda wrote: laughter is the language of the soul . Matizo: Laughter is one of the most sincere tools that allows our communication, but not the only one. There is the look, the affection and even the crying: sometimes the one who laughs the most is also the one who cries the most inside.

What is absolutely true is that when we laugh we are unconsciously using personal language in which we inform others more than we think.  Especially a very general one: even if you are invaded by sadness or anxiety, if you laugh, you live, the soul lives.

If you laugh, you live, the soul lives

Laughing out of nervousness, laughing out of great joy, laughing with humor, laughing with nostalgia, laughing out of complicity… Laughter is infinite and its ways of expressing itself too.

Regardless of the feeling that surrounds you, if you can laugh this is a sign that you are alive and that your soul lives: even the smiles that hurt (those that are on the edge between sadness and courage without actually being a laugh ) actively place us in the world.

A healthy laugh reflects a healthy emotional and physical balance.

Since we are about five months old, when we laugh, the brain orders the release of endorphins that act in the body with an effect similar to that of morphine. In this way, vital balance is immensely grateful: negative energy gives rise to a positive climate of variable duration that we transmit to those around us.

Among other things, laughter combats states of sadness as well as everyday stress. In addition, it increases self-esteem and self-confidence, reducing shame or fear. We could even say it boosts the immune system: the lungs, brain and heart are grateful because blood pressure drops and muscles relax.

Of course, we must also not forget that having a laugh is a good plan to complement a diet that aims to burn calories or tone the skin. For all that, there is laughter therapy, which underlies the idea that healthy laughter shows an equally healthy physical and emotional balance.

Your laughter, in addition to communicating, leads to happiness

I said at the beginning that laughing was a wonderful thing, and one of the fundamental reasons is that laughter not only speaks for each person or provides personal benefits, but also leaves its influence on those who perceive it. Thus, laughter is capable of calming, healing, cheering, cheering or even embracing.

There are said to be 180 types of laughs. Some that come out of their soul and bury themselves in someone’s soul forever, and some opportune ones that vanish into thin air after having contributed something momentary. There are also those who define and identify you in front of other people, or those who make others join in the fits of laughter.

Innocent, by surprise, cynical, committed, shy, overflowing, friendly, mocking. Any kind of laughter communicates and is part of our deepest language.
